Family Temple Trip--December 29, 2009

All of us Together at the Oakland Temple for baptisms!
Haley and Laura relaxing after the baptisms in the visitor center.
Connor and Laura checking out the displays.
We celebrated our Temple baptism Trip by eating out at "Fuzios". It was the first time in six years that we had the whole family together! Everyone agreed that performing the baptisms and confirmations on behalf of over forty of our own ancestors on the Mills side made the experience extra special. Grandmother Mills had submitted the names and was thrilled that we finished these ordinances for them.

Yeah! I am the first one here. I really enjoyed catching up with some of the things you have been doing. I wish we could join you for the surfing...even in the cold.

Welcome home to Riley. I can't wait to see him again and here a bit about his mission. Is he in Hawaii now?

Heather--We enjoyed catching up on your family blog as well. We especially enjoyed the "What do you do in the Midwest when it is -10 degrees" one. Your sunny Dixie vacation looked like a welcome respite. My boss used to live in Chicago and has a lot of 'Winter stories' of his own to tell.

Riley is back at BYU-Hawaii. He says the school looks a lot better now that they have that new President who came from Harvard. Apparently he is making a lot of changes to upgrade the University.

Tell Steve and your children hello for us. We are going to try to be a lot more current with our blog than in the past.

YEA!! Your back on the blog. We love looking at all your pictures. The surfing ones are so great!! We're jealous you live so close to the beach.
WELCOME HOME Riley. We'll have to hear all the details about your mission this summer!
-Loved catching up!
