Beach Trail Bike Ride

Jenna and I had the best time exploring San Clemente together.  The weather was beautiful and the atmosphere so much fun.  We loved the palm tree, pier view from this table and couldn't help but stop and get a picture before our bike ride began.

Jenna is following our fearless leader Keith down the busy beach path. Out house had four bikes that we used to tour around the town.  They were classics; probably 50 years old but in excellent shape and ready to ride.

This was the tower that Keith manned when he was a life guard for the State of California.
He was happy to see it still standing.

For fun he jumped in and took a swim right in front of the tower in remembrance of all the fun times he had there.

Sadly the Beach Trail ended and we had to take this barren road up to the state camp ground.
Still it was fun to be with Jenna and Keith exploring Keith's old stomping grounds.

Jenna was a great sport when it came to allowing us to take pictures of her.
The boys had stayed at home to play one of their paper games, so she was our only model.

It is interesting to think that Keith walked these paths and guarded these beaches for 6 years,
And now he was back with his wife and six children.
San Clemente was the best place for our First Family Reunion.
