Lets Hit the Beach!

San Clemente was beautiful!  It looks like a cold day, but actually is was very warm and sunny.
The water felt like  bath water at a whopping 72 degrees, so even I ventured in without a wet suit. 

Here is Jenna taking her first wave. 

I don't think that I've ever felt the water so warm !  

Shaun and I even caught one together.

Connor is using is surf stroke to stay on top of the wave.
He and Jarrett and coming in with brotherly togetherness. 

Every morning Jenna would get out of bed right as the sun came up to go surfing with her Dad.
Shaun and Kaitlynne where alway up and game for a morning surf.
In this picture she is sporting the long board.
Jenna gave it up quickly and moved to the shortboard in the picture  below.
Shaun and Kaitlynne became the official Moon Doggie and Gidget of the trip.

Jarrett and I would occasionally walk down from the house to see how the morning surfers were doing.
I really enjoyed those morning  walk with Jarrett. The watching the family surf was exciting.
Shaun and Kaitlynne were so amazing together and Jenna looked like a born and raise SoCal girl. 

It looks like Jenna is done for the day.  I know that her dad really loved her surfing with him every morning.
