San Clemente Nights

Jenna is on her way to stake out our spot for the 4th of July Fireworks that will be shot off at then end of the Pier.
Peaceful Sunset the night before.  Now the every inch of beach is covered with people, tents, barbecues, fires, food and fun.

Here the guys happily await the start of the show.
With those over lit eyes, Connor looks like he is about to turn into a werwolf.
Jarrett looks like a hungry vampire.  I am going to have to learn how to take out red eye.

The fire works were fantastic.

At first the smoke from the explosions hung in  the air, obscuring the show.
Then the sea breeze kicked in and moved the smoke towards the land so that the fireworks could be seen clearly.

After the show was over we could see five other fireworks shows still going on down the coast.
Below is another fun night on the beach earlier in the week.
Keith planned some really fun programs for us. it was great to have our own family camp fires.

Night times were the best on the beach.  Every night we would have a fire, sing hawaiian songs, hymns and musicals.

Shaun and Kaitlynne even did some nighttime boogie boarding

Riley even went out in that dark inky water to catch some waves without any one to share the waves with.
Connor came down in his PJ's; Smart Man.
